Today, we would like to remind you to update your account security.

  1. For the security and convenience of your transactions in future, we ask you to activate Master Code, Pin Settings and Pin Transactions on your FasaPay account. You have to Login >> Profile >> Security Center. Please set your security settings on those menu.
  2. Master Code is not send to your email and there is no reset feature for Master Code. Please always remember your Master Code!
  3. For all pin which set as STATIC PIN, also should always be remembered. Because static pin is set by your own, and it does not sent via email or phone
  4. All the negligence on your FasaPay account are not our responsibility, because it is completely your responsibility and your authority. And only you who know every Security Settings on your account.
  5. Make sure your Master Code and your PIN are safe.

Top-Up and Redeem will be opened on December 29 and December 30 2014.
And To celebrate New Year 2015 Holiday, Top Up and Redeem transaction not served on December 31 , 2014 Until January 2 , 2015.
Top-Up and Redeem will be opened on January 5 , 2015.
