Announcement of Service Hours During Idul Fitri 1439 H

In commemoration of Eid Al-Fitr 1439 H, we would like to inform you about FasaPay's service hours as follows :

1. Customer Support of FasaPay.com service on Tuesday, 12th June 2018, will operate until 05.00 p.m (GMT+7). FasaPay.com’s customer support will not available on 13th June 2018 until 19th June 2018. Our customer support will be back online on 20th June 2018. However, the transaction services will still work normally.
2. FasaPay.com does not provide Top Up and Redeem transaction on Thursday - Monday, 14th - 18th June 2018. Top Up and Redeem transaction will resume on Wednesday, 20th June 2018.
3. FasaPay.com does not provide Exchange transaction on Wednesday-Tuesday, 13th - 19th June 2018. Exchange transaction will resume on Wednesday, 20th June 2018.
