Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020 Holiday Announcement

In commemoration of Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020, we would like to inform important announcements regarding to FasaPay.com services:

1. Customer Support of FasaPay.com is not available and FasaPay.com will only provide Automatic Top Up Transaction on 24th – 25th December 2019. Customer Support, Top Up through bank transfer, and Withdraw Transaction of FasaPay.com will revert to normal service start from Thursday, 26th December 2019.
2. Customer Support of FasaPay.com on Monday, 30th December 2019 will operate until 06.00 p.m (GMT+8). However, the transaction services will still work normally.
3. Customer Support of FasaPay.com is not available and FasaPay.com will only provide Automatic Top Up Transaction on 31st December 2019 – 1st January 2020. Customer Support, Top Up through bank transfer, and Withdraw Transaction of FasaPay.com will revert to normal service start from Thursday, 2nd January 2020.

Holiday and Operational Hours Announcement

In commemoration of Eid Al-Fitr 1440 H, we would like to inform important announcements regarding to FasaPay.com services:

1. Customer Support of FasaPay.com is not available on Thursday, 30th May 2019. However, the transaction process will still work normally. Customer Support of FasaPay.com will revert to online on Friday, 31 May 2019 according to the service hours on its day.


2. Customer Support of FasaPay.com will operate until 05.00 p.m (GMT+7) on Friday, 31st May 2019 and Monday, 3rd June 2019. However, the transaction will still work normally


3. Customer Support of FasaPay.com will operate until 03.00 p.m (GMT+7) on Tuesday, 4th June 2019. However, the transaction will still work normally.


4. Customer Support of FasaPay.com is not available on Wednesday-Friday, 5th-7th June 2019. FasaPay.com also not provide Top Up and Withdraw Transaction through bank transfer. However, you still can make Top Up Transaction through MasterChanger or Payment Gateway channel and also Withdraw Transaction through MasterChanger channel that is available. Customer Support of FasaPay.com, Top Up, and Withdraw Transaction channel through bank transfer will revert to normal service start from Monday, 10th June 2019.
