ANNOUNCEMENT OF FASAPAY'S NEW FEES AND SLA

We inform you that there is a change in FasaPay Transaction Fee which will take effect on 8^th June 2024 with the following details:

• Transfer transaction fee between FasaPay Accounts is 1% (one percent) with a minimum rate of $0.05 (Zero point zero five dollars) per successful transaction for Personal Members and Merchants;
• Withdrawal transaction fee of 1% (one percent) with a minimum rate of $50 (fifty dollars) per successful transaction for Merchants.

Then, we also inform you related to the changes to the SLA in the processing of Withdrawal transactions as follows:

• The verification process for merchant withdrawal transactions will be carried out within a maximum of 10 (ten) Working Days;
• Notification regarding the withdrawal transaction processing time by FasaPay will be made a maximum of 5 (five) Working Days after the withdrawal transaction verification process period is complete;
• Then, the Withdrawal Transaction can be carried on the date that which has been announced.

Announcement of Fasapay New System

We would like to inform you that to update the FasaPay system to the new one, starting from Wednesday, November 22, 2023, FasaPay account status also changed with the following details:

Registered account status becomes Registered
Active accounts that have uploaded ID to Basic
Active accounts that have uploaded selfies to Standard
Verified account status to Premium
